YOUTH SUNDAY
Today is Youth Sunday. Our Youth group will be leading the Morning Worship Services. Please support our youth with your prayers.

C.A.R.E.
The “A” Team will meet on Tuesday, March 9th, at 6:30pm for a light supper and the C.A.R.E. ministry at 7pm. Team deacon is Robert Cope. If your family is under Robert’s Family Ministry, this is your night to come to C.A.R.E. Help us spread God’s love throughout our community.

BALL FIELD WORKDAYS
The 2nd workday at the ballfield is this Saturday, March 13th at 9am. If you plan to play ball on any team, and you didn’t come for the 1st workday, you MUST participate in this one. Bring your rakes, weedeaters, or other yard tools.

YOUTH FUNDRAISER
The Youth are having a fundraiser next Sunday, March 14th. They will be serving lunch after the Morning Worship Service for all church members. Donations will be accepted. See Robin or Brandon for any questions.

BALL PRACTICE
The Children and Women ball teams will hold practice every Thursday. The Children will practice at 6pm, and the Women at 7:30pm. The Men’s team practices on Monday at 7pm. The Youth team will practice on Wednesdays at 8pm.

YARD SALE FUNDRAISER
There will be a church-wide yard sale fundraiser on April 10th from 8am-until, sponsored by the Children’s Council. Start saving those “white elephant” items as you do your spring cleaning! You can rent a spot to sell your items for $5. Come out and sell or buy!

WOMEN OF JOY CONFERENCE
The 2010 Women of Joy Conference will be held in Charleston on May 14th-16th. There will be many wonderful Christian speakers, along with a special concert by Steven Curtis Chapman and Michael W. Smith. Pick your roommates and get ready for an awesome weekend of praise and worship with Christian sisters from all over the state. Cost for the trip is $409 (divided among 2, 3, or 4 roommates), and includes the conference and hotel room. All money is due by March 21st.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Vacation Bible School is scheduled for the week of June 20th, 2010. Start praying and planning now about your part in VBS. Joyce Pope and Faye Daley are the directors of VBS this year.

YOUTH CAMP
The Youth will be going to Red Line Student Camp in Georgia on July 18th-22nd. A deposit of $25 is due by March 14th. Please see Robin or Brandon Corley to sign up for camp, pay your deposit, or to sponsor a youth for camp.

EASTER EGG DONATIONS
The Children’s Council is accepting donations of plastic Easter eggs and non-chocolate individually wrapped candy for the Easter egg hunt. There is a box in the vestibule for your donations.
